New building and renovation projects

Over the past 12 years, Group Eight has provided mechanical, electrical and/or structural engineering services for more than 100 Canada Trust branches in Ontario.

The building sites vary from single, free-standing structures to existing multi-use facilities. The majority of the assignments were renovation projects. Approximately 25 projects were new structures.

The mechanical designs typically incorporated roof mounted mechanical equipment with humidification, energy management, temperature control, plumbing, roof drainage and sprinkler systems.

Typically the electrical designs involved lighting, power and data communication systems all to Canada Trust national standards.
